ELA type louvres are used in Wall openings to outside. The blades are places with 100 mm pitches and have neoprene gaskets on the edges for better leakage prevention. The blades have parallel motions, each one being free to rotate inside bronze bushings. The damper in inside a 40 mm wide 71 mm deep frame.
