The DCA type Heat Resisting Smoke Dampers are designed for preventing the spreading of smoke in air ducts.
These dampers are used in rectangular ducts. The aerodynamically shaped blades are placed with a pitch of 100 mm and rotate inside bronze bushings. The blades have parallel motion, being connected with a steel link. The damper body is self-flanged and contains the bracket for either the manual adjusting arm or a servomotor. The manual adjusting arm has blade position indicator scale.
