The DAA type air dampers are designed for regulating air flow in rectangular ducts.
These dampers are used in rectangular ducts. The blades are placed with a pitch of 100 mm and are aerodynamically shaped for little resistance. The blades have rubber gaskets on the edges for less leakage. The blades have opposed motions, being connected to each other by plastic gears. The damper body is self-flanged and contains the bracket for either the manual adjusting arm or a servomotor. The manual adjusting arm has blade position indicator scale.
